Maurice is a dynamic Sustainability Program Manager with a background in strategic consulting and industrial innovation with 15 years of combined experience in Pandora, McKinsey & Co, Bosch and Credit Suisse. Originally from Singapore and now based in Thailand, he specialize in translating ambitious environmental goals into measurable, impactful business outcomes.

One of his recent achievement was leading Pandora’s 100% Recycled Silver and Gold project from 2020 to 2024. As the program lead, he coordinated a massive supply chain transformation that successfully met its goals and was registered under the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8, 9, and 12. He won Pandora's CEO award in 2024 for completing this program 1 year ahead of its 5 years Sustainability-Linked Loan (SLL) commitment.
